The Business Analyst analyses functional and technical requirements, prepares systems designs and specifications, and perform systems development, testing, conversion, and production support tasks. They also develop required systems and operation documentation. Performs high-level analysis and design tasks associated with the overall design of a Serena application systems, emerging technology and proprietary product tools. Directs Serena technology software development programs to include system and subsystem design.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 5 or more years related experience
- Client onsite experience
