It involves acquiring the necessary skills, tools, and information to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals


Martin Loyd offers a strength based, well-being approach to leadership and professional development. Utilizing the Clifton Strengths assessment, we help leaders better understand what they do well and how to use their strengths to contribute to their success. Leaders also gain an understanding of how utilizing their unique strengths can help those that they lead tap into their own unique talents and enhance their engagement and productivity.

We further help leaders understand the importance of integrating strengths with concepts of well-being. Our executive and leadership coaching programs encourage leaders to incorporate a wellness plan in conjunction with their leadership development process. By incorporating the five elements of well-being (Career, Social, Financial, Physical and Community) leaders create better balance and are more prepared to face challenges that arise for themselves personally and for those of their organization.


A strengths-based well-being approach can be utilized in every phase of personnel management and has been found to improve constructive communication, job engagement, productivity and quality of life. The most effective leaders are always investing in their strengths and understand the importance of helping the members of their organization invest in them as well.
