Zillah Fluker, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized higher education and corporate executive leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, Fortune 500 organizations, philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and executive strategy.
As Vice President of Higher Education, Leadership and Philanthropy at Martin Loyd, Inc., she leads strategic initiatives focused on institutional advancement, executive leadership, enrollment innovation, and AI-enabled advisory solutions for colleges and universities.
Dr. Fluker has held senior leadership roles at institutions including Alabama State University, Central State University, UNCF, and Collins Aerospace, where she led transformational initiatives in fundraising, leadership development, organizational strategy, and community engagement.
